Test-drive bookings
How buyers request test drives and how you confirm or suggest another time.
On the Growth plan and above, buyers can request a test drive from your car’s page with Book a test drive. They choose a date and time (Sydney time) at least 1 hour and up to 60 days ahead, and can add a phone number and a note. You are told by email and in your notifications.
Answering a request
Open Test drives. For each request:
| Confirm | Accept the time. Use Confirm with a note to add details such as where to meet. |
|---|---|
| Suggest another time | Decline this time and send the buyer a message (up to 600 characters) suggesting another. |
| Mark as done | After a confirmed test drive has happened. |
The buyer is emailed your answer, and notified in Cars61 if they have an account.
